She Made Buying My First Home Feel Like A Walk In The Park!
I am so grateful for the expertise and professionalism that Mrs. Ronda exhibited throughout my home buying process. Buying a home in today’s market is very challenging, especially if you’re a single buyer such as myself. It seemed as if every offer we made, my offer would be declined due to an investor’s fully cash offer. After losing out on about 5-6 offers, I even contemplated pausing the process and telling Mrs. Ronda that I wanted to hold off until next year. Mrs. Ronda listened to my concerns and reassured me that the house FOR me, was still out there waiting FOR me. Long story short, I closed on my house a month after almost giving up and it was a home that wasn’t initially on my radar. Mrs. Ronda found it for me, and I absolutely love it! Upgraded cabinets, master on the main, etc…. which were all features I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw the house in person. This is my absolute dream home and I plan on making so many memories in it with my family.
